We've been in the industry providing innovative solutions for club owners and service providers alike for decades. During this time we can count on one hand (without using all our fingers) the number of times we've been able to say: "Yes, we have developed a product that's vastly superior to anything on the market at less than half the cost." Needless to say, we're very proud of our wax.

It all began when it became obvious that cleaning wax nozzles was a necessary evil, and there was no end in sight. This led us to a solution that went well beyond our first hopes of developing a clog-free treadmill lubrication product. Glide Premium Treadmill Wax not only doesn't clog, it actually CLEANS the waxing system.

Our Treadmill Wax EXCEEDS manufacturer specifications. It's made using only top-of-the-line resins, and is formulated under extremely high pressure. This High Pressure Emulsification Process ensures that the particulate matter of our wax is small (amazingly, about 100 times smaller than OEM). Along with a germicide, Glide Premium Treadmill Wax also contains a suspension agent that keeps the wax suspended in solution for the life of the wax. This means there's no more separation of particles.

DIAMOND DECK WAX

Our favorite story about Diamond Deck Wax is the one we've told over and over again to clients that purchase this wax for the first time and ask about how to apply it. The first thing we need to say is, "Make sure that the area you'll be working in won't have foot traffic. The steam that comes off the iron and settles on the floor will make the surface too slippery to walk on." Diamond Deck Wax is by far the slickest and toughest iron-on wax we've ever seen (and after 20 years in the business, that's saying a lot).

If you haven't done it already, it's probably a good idea to read all about The Enemy. Once you understand what you're facing, the need to protect your investment by applying the best wax you can find to your phenolic decks becomes obvious and extremely cost effective.

Diamond Deck is a beaded wax that's applied with an iron (any cheap iron will do). For a professional look, simply mask off the sides of the deck where the running belt doesn't make contact, pour out about a three-inch circle of wax in the middle of the deck and spread with the iron. The process is easy and well worth the effort. Once applied, you won't have to repeat this process until it's time to replace the belt or flip the deck. You can also spray some of our Premium Liquid Treadmill Wax between the belt and deck periodically for the ultimate in lubrication and protection.
